UX and Product Designer with experience across B2B and consumer-facing products for web and mobile. With a passion for understanding user needs, I specialize in translating complexity into intuitive, user-centric solutions. My expertise is creating user flows, facilitating workshops, prototyping user interfaces and conducting user interviews and testing.
Always aiming to deliver the best experience possible đ

Creator Studio is a start-up within H&M Group that offers a SaaS-based print-on-demand service for private and B2B customers. Users can customize garments with their own designs or graphics, and order it from home or connect to their Shopify or WooCommerce shops.
As a UX Designer, I worked across the entire end-to-end user journey from on-boarding experience, landing pages, e-commerce product catalogue, design tool for creating custom prints on garments, checkout process, post-purchase experience, B2B store connections with SaaS applications, and internal-facing user interfaces.
I was involved in user research, workshops, UI and UX design, and usability testing â always with a strong focus on being data-driven.
In Sourcing & Production domain, I focused on Business Applications that supported operations between H&M Buyers, Merchandisers and Suppliers. The systems ensure a smooth production process throughout various stages of sourcing and production by efficient communication and data flow across the supply chain.
As a Tech Product Designer, I rotated between different teams in the supplier planning area and worked on multiple projects simultaneously in an agile and scrum environment. I led major projects from start to end, overseeing all phases including user research and interviews, workshops, ideation, usability testing and final implementation. My responsibilities included designing B2B UI for new systems, creating data visualizations such as dashboards, forms and tables, always focusing on simplifying complex products and making them more user-friendly and efficient.
My key achievements were to merge several internal systems into one cohesive platform, design revamps and UX improvements that decreased the lead time by one day.
The BusinessTech Trainee Program at H&M Group is designed to develop future leaders at the intersection of technology and business.
During the program, I worked in four different teams through 2-month rotations across various areas including Tech Enablement Domain, Customer Domain, Afound brand and Sourcing & Production Domain.
I was engaged in product design, user research, wire framing, and hi-fi prototyping. A key achievement was my end-to-end involvement in the development of a new B2B platform, where I designed the entire user flow, UI and UX for the MVP and set the foundation for the platformâs future growth.
Designer by day, flight attendant by⌠also day (and night). âď¸ When Iâm not crafting experiences on screen, Iâm exploring the world. Back on the ground, youâll find me out in nature, hiking with my dog, because fresh air and new horizons keep me inspired. đżđ
